Tangie brings a strong and diverse educational background to her work. She holds two degrees from North Carolina State University and a graduate certificate in entrepreneurship from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her academic experience also includes doctoral coursework in program evaluation, which informs her approach to research, data, and impact.

Her professional and consulting experience spans a range of meaningful work. She has served as a statistician for NCAA basketball tournament games, managed research and professional development conferences, studied the school-to-prison pipeline, and worked with organizations that encourage students to pursue graduate education. In each of these roles, her focus has remained the same: helping others succeed. Whether providing data to support decision-making or creating resources that inform and empower, Tangie’s work is grounded in service.

Through TGF Consulting, she combines design, marketing, and research and evaluation support to help clients communicate clearly and effectively.
